Angela Byrum, General Manager
Angela is a native of Richmond, Virginia. She studied Political Science and Marketing at Virginia Commonwealth University. Angela’s service began in November, 2005 as a Family Service Counselor. In May of 2007, she was promoted to General Manager. Angela has helped more than 700 families over the past 12 years. She also served as President of the Virginia Cemetery Association from 2014-2016 and is continuing her cemetery education with the ICCFA Graduate Program. Angela attends Williamsburg Community Chapel and resides in Williamsburg with her family.

Timothy C. Dice, Family Services Counselor
Timothy Dice is a native of the South Bay area of Los Angeles, California. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Chapman University and pursued a career in the electronics industry for 17 years. Responding to a call to ministry in 1988, Tim and his family moved to Texas where he attended Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University and received a Master of Divinity degree. In 1994, Tim and his family moved to West Point, Virginia. Since 1998, he has worked as a sales counselor, a director, and a trainer at four different cemeteries in Virginia, including four years at Williamsburg Memorial Park (2001-2005). For the past few years, Tim was active in the education programs of York and Mathews Counties and is currently the minster of Westville Christian Church in Mathews, VA.

Betty Smith, Executive Assistant
Betty is a native of Pottstown, Pennsylvania and the voice of Williamsburg Memorial Park. She joined us as Executive Assistant in February, 2011. Betty has traveled the world with her family, while her husband served our country in the United States Army. Prior to joining Williamsburg Memorial Park, Betty had a stellar career with The Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce and other local businesses. She is well known and respected throughout our community. Betty is a member of St. Bede’s Catholic Church where she serves as a catechist. She resides in Williamsburg with her family.
