Plus, they\u2019re tremendously symbolic.&nbsp;The options available are limited only by your imagination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few years ago, one of our families gave their loved one an incredible send-off using a horse-drawn carriage from the 1800s. This new law carries a fine of $25 per balloon.
