Our flower arrangements are handmade and include a custom-engineered special patented base to keep your flowers secured in the bronze vase most clients purchase with their memorials. If your loved one doesn’t have a vase, don’t worry—one can easily be added. Flower arrangements start as low as $43.00 and include free placement.

To purchase an arrangement, select one of the two options below and follow the instructions.

Option 1: You Place Your Flowers

Many of our clients prefer to select and place their flowers, which we recommend because of the sentimental value of doing so. To order this option, follow these steps:

Stop by our new Customer Care Center
Select the perfect arrangement for your loved one
Pay for your purchase
You place your flowers at your loved one’s gravesite

Option 2: We Place Your Flowers

Unfortunately, not all of our family members live in the area. That’s why we’re happy to offer free flower placement. To order this option, follow these steps:

Call 757.565.2006 and ask to order flowers
Our receptionist will review our inventory with you
Pay for your purchase with a credit card
We’ll place your flowers and e-mail you a photo to share with your family

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you’re unhappy with the flowers you ordered for any reason, contact our office, and we’ll gladly replace them.

Insurance

Do you take insurance assignments?

Yes, we do take insurance assignments through a third party. But, due to privacy laws, all information will need to be verified through a third party before we can proceed. For more information, please contact your Family Service Counselor.

Property Owners

Am I allowed to sell my property?

Yes. But as the property owner, you are responsible for advertising and setting the price. You may also give your space(s) to family members, donate them to a charitable organization, or give someone “permission to use” your space. Please contact one of our Family Service Counselors for more information.

How do I request maintenance?

Although we generally do a great job of maintaining our cemetery and the individual lots within it, we occasionally miss something because of the sheer size of the park. If you see something that needs to be addressed, simply fill out our Contact Form and select “Lot Maintenance,” or call our office at 757-565-2006. Be sure to include your lot number (if known) and contact information.
