A few years ago, one of our families gave their loved one an incredible send-off using a horse-drawn carriage from the 1800s. It was amazing to see a sad event instantly transformed into a memorable tribute that made people smile.

Balloon Releases
In February 2021, the Virginia General Assembly passed HB 2159, making it illegal for anyone over the age of 16 to release a balloon into the atmosphere or encourage children to do so. This new law carries a fine of $25 per balloon. In an effort to be responsible stewards of the earth and our community, we ask that you find other meaningful ways to pay tribute to your loved ones.
